Cadac E Braai, Cadac first electrical BBQ Discover the taste & comfort of electric grilling with CADAC’s new E Braai. This electric BBQ is perfect for use on a balcony or in a garden, but it’s also easy to transport during holidays with the included carry bag. The 2.3kW heat coil ensures quick heat up time. A detachable glass ring protects the coil from the cooking fat. With the Auto Grill Temperature control setting you can accurately set the desired temperature. The temperature is not measured as usual underneath the lid, but from the grid itself. The temperature of the E Braai is adjustable from 70 to 270 degrees, which makes it also suitable for slow cooking. The removable fat pan is dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Four dome vents ensure good air circulation and even heat distribution. The E Braai comes with an accessory stand, a BBQ grid with GreenGrill ceramic coating and a dome. Cadac Safari Chef 30 HP Lite This compact, versatile gas barbecue weighs less than 4 kg and comes with at least three different cooking surfaces; a burner with potstand, a BBQ grid and a lid/dome ( the lid/dome can also be used as a pot). The BBQ grid is provided with CADAC GreenGrill coating; a ceramic coating for healthier and cleaner cooking. Thanks to the integrated heat spreader under the BBQ grid, the heat is well distributed over the entire cooking surface. The removable fat pan catches cooking residues, but at the same time protects the Safari Chef’s burner from wind to prevent the burner from blowing out. You can easily clean all the surfaces with soapy water. The Safari Chef is available as a low pressure unit (LP) and as a high pressure unit (HP). Environmentally friendly, and sized to perfection, our Soft Soak 40 takes the hassle out of cleaning. Soaking your grill plates before washing means less time spent on cleaning and more time for you to enjoy the outdoors. No mess, no fuss! Fully submerge the BBQ Grid/s or other cooking surfaces from the Cadac Safari Chef 30 range for easy cleaning and soaking after use (up to 30cm diameter). Made from a heat-resistant silicone, the soft soak is durable and heat resistant to 220 C. For best results pour hot soapy water into the Soft Soak, add the BBQ Grid upside down and leave to soak for 60 minutes to allow all burnt-on bits and grease to lift. Then remove and simply wipe clean the grid or rinse with clean water. By using the Soft Soak your BBQ Grid and cooking surfaces do not become damaged like they can with the use of traditional scrubs, brushes and cleaning products. By leaving the BBQ Grid to soak in this soft, protected environment, burnt-on bits and hard to remove residue is loosened without the need to scrub and scrape your BBQ Grid’s coating off. The unique but durable silicone is stackable and foldable for storage, wrap it around the grid during storage or when not in use, making it convenient and easy to use wherever you are.
